E36/E46 Adjustable Camber Arms
Fits:Ā All E36 & E46 Non-M, E36 & E46 M3 (excluding E36 hatch).
Benefits:
-Increases rear camber adjustmentĀ (Suspension Tune-ability)
-Adjustments made at the wheel end of the arm (practicality)
-Provides consistent camber geometry (stability)
-Free pivoting spherical bearing (no suspension binding)
Note:Ā A bearing mounted lower camber arm will not increase NVH.
Options:
-Ā No rod ends boots, bearing exposed to elements
- Yes rod end boots, to seal the bearing from moisture & dirt ingress
Material:Ā
-6061-T6 Aluminium - AnodisedĀ Black (round bar & bearing spacers)
-7075-T6 Aluminium - Anodised Black (clevis)
-304 Stainless Steel (jack screw)
-Chromoly steel 2-piece, Teflon lined rod ends + Jam nuts
If you're looking to maximise the handling onĀ your E36 or E46, adjustable camber arms are a critical upgrade to achieve track capable rear camber.Ā
In a double wishbone arrangement, the lower arm experiences roughly double the force of the upper arm. By using a bearing mounted arm you eliminate unwanted bushing flex providing far more consistent camber geometry when cornering.
These Adjustable Camber Arms allow roughly an additional +2° of positive camber and over -5° negative camber over the factory arms with eccentric bolts.Ā
Camber adjustment is made without any components needing to be removed unlike other options that are trapped within the subframe or above the exhaust.
Rubber rod end bootsĀ willĀ seal the bearings from the elements and brake dustĀ toĀ maximise the bearings lifespan.
